Musical style, if it were an ice cream flavor: s’mores
Most useless talent: not sleeping for days
I’m Going Up
Written and Performed by Abigail Cline
I was surprised when my producer friend sent this song back as a beachy tune (though I eventually loved it). Almost every time I go to the beach, I get stung by something, sun poisoning (despite wearing sunscreen), or almost drown. Part of why I moved away from Florida….
Artist: Abigail Cline 2022
Musical style, if it were an ice cream flavor: A refreshing citrus sorbet
Most useless talent: Falling asleep within minutes

The song and video where produced while we were studying abroad in Senegal this winter. We worked together with Pape Faye and Bullsy who run a music studio in the neighbourhood of Dakar we lived in. Pape sings the second verse of the song in Wolof and plays guitar on this track. We were responsible for the mixing/recording and producing of the music though.

Winter’s Over
Written and Performed by Hannah Wilson-Black
Hannah Wilson-Black is a singer-songwriter and avid recycler from the Washington, D.C. area who devotes her spare and not-so-spare time to writing poetry, creative non-fiction, and fiction. Hannah also writes blog posts and interviews for UChicago’s Program on the Global Environment. She was lucky enough to attend a Beth Nielsen Chapman songwriting and performance workshop in Nashville in the summer of 2017, and as you can hear, she has been unable to get the country twang out of her voice ever since.
